We accept American Express, Discover, M/C, and Visa credit cards for most items. Some items require prepayment by Money Order ONLY. Our minimum order is $20.00 plus applicable shipping/handling fee. Money order/Cashier Check are immediately shipment while checks take two weeks to clear. Trunk Upholstery Sets are "Special Order" and are not returnable for refund or credit.

Our MINIMUM shipping and handling fee is $15.00. Shipping and Handling will vary according to weight/size and distance. 20% Restocking fee on all returns. Orders paid for and cancelled before shipment are subject to a minimum $20 minimum cancellation fee. Paypal payment Fees are Not Refundable. Large or Heavy items are sent FREIGHT COLLECT to you! Packing and crating fee is applicable on some shipments. Canadian and Overseas shipments need to call for freight charges.
Return Authorization Number is required on the outside of the returned package. You must call or Email for this number.
Returned items must be shipped prepaid with NO RETURNS after 30 days! A copy of the Sales Order must accompany all returns with items being in original condition and boxes with NO damage in any way.
There is no return on Literature of any kind - catalogs, manuals, brochures, CD's, etc.
All credit on account must be used within one year of receipt of return or it shall be forfeited.
We do not refund shipping, handling or crating/packing fees.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE COPY OF THE SALES ORDER ENCLOSED OR NO REFUND AND/OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of return. Credit Card refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to show up on the monthly statement depending upon when the refund is issued during the billing cycle.
Core Fees are refunded within 30 days after cores are received and are determined to be REBUILDABLE . If Core is not Rebuildable return of core fee deposit is not given. Customer will be notified and will have 30 days to have core picked up or we will dispose of core.
Report any damage of merchandise to your Carrier. Customers are responsible for filing all necessary paperwork for damage claim. We do not accept damaged returns. Refunds due to damage of merchandise by a carrier are the responsibility of the carrier.
We offer Second day and Next Day Air services as an accommodation to our customers. There is an additional charge for this service depending on the weight of the package and distance involved. All items are not eligible for this service. This service is the responsibility of the carrier - We do not guarantee shipping dates!
Any warranties on the products sold are hereby those made by the manufacturer. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with sales of said products.
